The core of improving any user experience in the physcial or digital world is to first understand and identify the problem or point of friction.

Finding and agreeing on the problem is the first challenge of any workshop or discovery session. With all projeects, I create value and have an impact.

The best advice I could give a younger me or other designers would be to spend as little time looking at a screen as possible.

Most, if not all eCommerce websites have product category pages. Pages where websites list all products or category products for the user to browse through, sometimes filter and eventually choose the product they want to know more about.
