With a relationship already formed after redesigning the Neom Organics website, I was charged with improving their checkout in a 2-week sprint before black Friday 2018. The aim was simple; Neom was getting more traffic, but conversion had gone stale, the rate of conversion needed to improve. With very little time, I dove straight into analytics and looked at what data we could gather in Hotjar in a short amount of time.
With minimal research complete I ran a discovery session with the client to discuss possible solutions. We wireframed our ideas together through various exercises before deciding multiple routes. Back at the office, I documented all that had been discussed and proposed. With high fidelity designs in hand, we chose with our gut the best option as A/B testing wasn't available due to time pressures.
